After 5 years of consistently training I have transformed my body into what it is today. When I started training, I was introverted, insecure and unable to stand up for myself or my beliefs. Going to the gym has truly changed my life, it has given me the confidence to express myself without fear of other people’s judgement. I am now 30kg heavier and even leaner than I was in the before photos. My next goal is to step on stage to compete in classic physique in season A 2026.
